how it works

The Process

01

Where we start…

While you may have a loss in mind, during the sessions, I’ll work with you to identify all major emotional losses and which one is impacting you the most.

02

Weekly work to heal your heart…

We’ll meet weekly in a safe and confidential environment to look at your old beliefs about dealing with grief, losses that have affected your life, and take actions to heal the unresolved emotions that still cause you pain.

03

The finish line and forward…

You will have learned the path to healing your heart and living a happier life. This is the same program I completed to free my heart from guilt, regret, unresolved loops, and deep hurt.

Have Questions?

Frequently Asked
Questions

Are there other available times?

Yes, feel free to contact me here to learn about other available times or sign up for the waitlist to be notified about upcoming group sessions. 1-1 times are more flexible.

Are payment plans available?

Yes, contact me for payment plan options; payment must be completed in full prior to the first session.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of this program, cancellations may be made up to 48 hours prior to the first session for a full refund. Cancellations post this time may be eligible for a pro-rated partial refund of up to 50% of the amount paid with a credit towards a future session if desired.

How many people participate in a group setting?

Up to eight people may participate in a group setting. Groups are comprised of no less than three people. If a group has less than three people scheduled prior to the first session, the group may be rescheduled to start at another date.

Is it too soon to start the program?

No! Some people may falsely believe that it’s too soon to work on a loss, but that is a thought error. The sooner you work on a loss, the sooner you will begin to feel relief.

Can someone else sponsor me?

Yes, I accept sponsorships from churches and other non-profit organizations.

Will this program work for me?

The program requires reading, writing, discussion, and action. If you engage and participate, this program will work for you! If you choose not to do the work, this will impact the effectiveness of the program. The program is evidence-based, meaning it’s been proven to work!

What do I need to participate?

A stable internet connection, computer with a webcam or ability to be on camera, a confidential, private location to join from, and willingness to learn. You will be provided the Grief Recovery Method Handbook at no additional cost.

Can I go through the program multiple times?

Yes! This is advised for working through multiple losses, and I’m happy to offer a discounted rate for return attendees. Contact me to learn more.
